We are a traveling boutique show therefore customers expect creative boutique styled booths and displays.
When is setup?
For all shows setup is always the Friday before the show date.
Friday Setup for Boutique Trailers: 10:30. Booth Vendors arrive 12:00 to 8:00.
Except for the evening markets. Those setup days and times will vary.
We do not allow Saturday setup fort he one day shows. If this is needed please contact us before the show.
Saturday: Doors will open at 8:00am. Be ready and in place by 8:45am.
Do you allow trailer boutiques?
Yes. We allow trailer boutiques in all shows. All venues allow trailer boutiques indoor except in Abilene, TX.
*By state law all boutique trailers/glampers or campers cannot have propane/gas tanks inside the building at anytime.* If you have a boutique trailer it must be noted on your vendor form. Please measure you trailer and make sure it fits within a 10x30 space if not you must pay for an addition 10x10 space.
Do we provide pipe and draping?
This is a BOUTIQUE show and ALL booths are EXPECTED to look accordingly. Your booth MUST be decorated and have a boutique feel. We are a traveling boutique show therefore customers expect creative boutique styled booths and displays. Help us keep our valued customers IMPRESSED and returning. Vendor’s booth space will be placed according to size requested on application. Special locations may be requested and we will do our best to accommodate your requests but there are NO guarantees.
Vendors at our one and two day shows MUST have some type of backdrop or display forming a professional look for your booth with all tables being draped to the floor. This is not a requirement at our evening markets although we suggest a quick easy to setup barrier between you and the person behind you. Walls, displays, and surrounds are NOT provided. Each vendor must provide the required items. Any vendors not making an effort on their displays will not be invited back to Ruffles and Rust Expo.
Required Swag Bag Items
We are known for our SWAG BAGS! Shopper line up for hours before a show in hopes they are one of the first 100 in line! Each Vendor is REQUIRED to provide at least 20 “boutique quality” promotional or gift items to include in the 100 Swag Bags we give to the first 100 customers that attend the Ruffles and Rust Expo! This is a great way for you to advertise your business & provide the customer a perk to remember you by! We need 20 items, but feel free to provide however many items you wish to promote your business, up to 100. Many have done small jewelry, bows, furniture paint, wood signs, ornaments, magnets, hats, candy. The possibilities are endless. PLEASE NO COUPONS
Do you have to have a sales permit to be a vendor at our show?
If you are a vendor at our any of our shows you MUST have a sales tax permit to be a vendor. The process to acquire a sales permit is very simple. Just visit the Texas or New Mexico Comptroller's website and fill out the form on line. You must have your permit with you at the show. It must be displayed where it is visual to shoppers.

Can I get a refund if I cancel my booth?
We DO NOT offer refunds of any kind to vendors if they cancel their booth reservation.
